Nutrition: •Meal and caloric intake suggestions: 4-week meal plans consisting of 4-6 meals a day. The meal plans are focused on the client goal and meal preferences (healthy of course!)
Workout: •30-day workout plan customized to each client’s personal goals. Workout plans will include weight training and cardio. Weekly photos and measurement recording to gauge progress.
