Workout: •Comprehensive 30-day workout plan tailored to each client’s personal goals.
Workout plans customized to each client’s personal goals. Workout plans will include weight training and cardio. Weekly photos and measurement recording to gauge progress.
Exercise routines will include weight training and cardio.
